When your details have been received we will contact the artist on your behalf to assure the piece is still available.

If you would like to make an offer for the piece lower than the asking price you can do this here. We will notify you of the artists’ decision within one working day.

Money Back

Under the Distance Selling regulations Act 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, starting on the day the goods have been received.

The full amount will be paid back to you within 30 days on delivery of the cancelled order back at Inter-Art. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition. The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

All items are packed to a very high standard by reputable art shipping experts and are shipped by a worldwide express courier firm.
Charges vary based on destination and packing method and are extra to the selling price.

Estimated delivery time for most pieces is 14 working days from receipt of payment

Please note: clients outside the UK could be subject to duties in their own country.

Copyrights

Ownership & moral rights - under copyright laws the artist possesses first ownership of a work of art he or she has created. If you require additional user rights (i.e. commercial reproduction, corporate promotional material) an additional contract is required.
